For years my father and I were using those pricey schedule books you can get from auto supply stores. And for years we had the same issues over and over again. Where to squeeze in extra comments from customer? How to manage a job on hold while waiting for a part? What if the time I am booking is already booked by my father ten minutes ago? This scheduler has made my life so much easier, no more stacks of paper, or flipping through scheduling books while on the phone with customers.
